Cancellation Policy
*Minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or adjust any appointment.
*Cancellations made within less than 24 hour notice may be subject to a charge of 30% of the booked appointment value.
*No call/no shows WILL be charged 100% of the service price of your initial booked service and may result in being revoked from future bookings. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
* HAIR EXTENSION/ HIGHLIGHT SERVICES
Color/Highlighting services are no longer permitted to be booked online. Your service of choice will be booked by your service provider after a proper consultation has been scheduled and performed. NO EXCEPTION!
- For custom color on extensions, please bring your hair 1 week prior to installment or expected pick up date.
- Your deposit is only refunded within 48-hour notice of cancellation for all Hair Extension & highlighting services
Any cancellations within 24 hrs will not be refunded but can be applied to any service rescheduled within a 1 week time frame.
Otherwise we reserve the right to retain the full deposit fee.

*Children and extra guest are prohibited from accompanying you during your appointment time unless being serviced NO EXCEPTIONS!!

*15 minute grace period is granted during every appointment time. Anytime after, your appointment may be canceled.
